GROUNDED MOTION YOGA

Run by Morgan, Grounded Motion holds space for women to arrive as they are in the moment, in all seasons of life. Morgan promotes thoughtful and reflective yoga to grow physical and mental well-being. 

​

Morgan is a mum to two beautiful boys, a Registered Nurse specialising in Oncology and a yoga teacher who is passionate about women’s health and movement. She believes that with the right input our bodies, minds and spirits can thrive. With this approach the classes Morgan curates through Grounded Motion aim enrich lives through community, connection and the power of movement. 

 

Morgan loves bringing movement, mindfulness and grounding to women to help support them in whichever life season they are in. 

 

Grounded Motion offers a range of classes, from a mid week vinyasa flow to help find the energy to get you through the week, to a deeply relaxing monthly restorative class accompanied by a crystal sound bath.
